The Wednesday Workout
Wednesdays in September and October

Cyclocross riders of all abilities are invited and welcome to join an unsanctioned, uninsured weekly cyclocross practice at Joe Moakley Park in South Boston, on Wednesdays from mid-August through the end of October.
The format will typically be two 20-minute threshold sessions starting at 6 and 6:30 PM. The course will be set up and ready for warm-up and pre-ride starting at 5:00 PM, with a 10-15 minute tempo warm-up interval at 5:30. Occasionally there will be a 3rd 20-minute threshold effort at 7 PM.
This is an unsanctioned, uninsured ride consisting of a group of friends agreeing to meet to ride together. Cycle-Smart is not the organizer, and assumes no liability. Ride at your own risk.
Workout area will be on the east side of Saunders Field, across the street from Carson Beach. If you’re driving, Carson Beach is an ideal parking spot, or on the street on Old Colony.
